Six from area place in top three at state horseshoe tournament

The Minnesota singles horseshoe tournament was held in Genola, Aug. 31 – Sept. 3.

Winners from Morrison County included:

Class E Elders: Marvin Burggraff, second place.

Class C Women: Debbie Myrum, second place.

Class D Men: Kevin Stein second place and third place; Greg Stumpf, third place.

Class G Men: Gerry Schmidt, first place.

Class B Women: Sylvia Burggraff, second place.
