Thank you letters, Sept. 16 issue

To the Editor:

The Chamber of Commerce extends a thank you to the residents of Little Falls for their cooperation, patience and support of the 40th anniversary Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair held Sept. 8 – 9.

There are too many service organizations, groups, nonprofits and individuals who assisted with the Fair than can be reasonably listed here. Please know that every task, large and small, is greatly appreciated. — Debora K. Boelz, president/CEO, Chamber of Commerce, Little Falls

To the Editor:

This year’s “Ride for Eyes” was held Aug. 18, in Sobieski. It marked our 21st motorcycle ride to raise money for the Lions Eye Bank. We would sincerely like to thank anyone, and everyone, who helped to make our “Ride” a success.

It gives me, as this year’s chairman, along with the Sobieski Lions, a very warm feeling that we did what out motto says, “We Serve.” Thank you so much. — Mark Kedrowski, chairman for the “Ride for Eyes” and the Sobieski Lions, Sobieski

To the Editor:

Thanks to Carly Winscher, Tom Saari and Rick Frasier for all their assistance in the success of this event. – Kathy Lange, Foundation Director, St. Gabriel’s Healthcare Foundation, Little Falls

To the Editor:

Thanks to everyone who donated funds to purchase two “The City of Veterans Memorials” signs for display on U.S. Highway 10. Randall has always shown its support for military veterans. These signs allow Randall to share its pride and support for all military veterans with the rest of the world. Randall dedicated its fourth Veterans Memorial June 16. It’s rare for a city to have two but Randall (population 650) has four within the city limits. — Danny Noss, junior vice commander, VFW Curtis-Olson Post 9073, Randall
