Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Charles Wayne Lickteig, 62, Little Falls — In connection with a June 21 incident, Lickteig has been charge with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, one count of careless driving and one count of driving motorized bicycle without proper operator permit.
• Gabriel Valencia, 29, Little Falls — In connection with a Sept. 14 incident, Valencia has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, one count of driving without a valid license or vehicle class/type and one count of uninsured vehicle.
• Aaron Lee Pelham, 29, Waubun — In connection with a Sept. 10 incident, Pelham has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.
If found guilty, they face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
