Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Misdemeanors

• Kurtis Dean Doherty, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 7/10/12) disorderly conduct – brawling or fighting, fined $185, sentenced to 21 days in jail.

• Karrie Anne Eckman, 45, Little Falls; (offense: 5/12/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with a concentration of 0.08 within two hours; fined $560, sentenced to 10 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Jacob Daniel Waldvogel, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 8/13/12) drugs, synthetic cannabinoids, fined $185, supervised probation for one year.

• Lucas John Petersen, 29, St. Cloud; (offense: 8/19/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with a concentration of 0.08 within two hours; fined $560, sentenced to 1 day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Michael Edward Rausch, 50, Randall; (offense: 6/11/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fined $560 and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Rausch was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – refusal to submit to chemical test.

• John Thomas Kelash, 28, Foley; (offense: 9/1/12) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $185, sentenced to 17 days in jail and probation to the court for one year.

• Kyle Anthony Kiley, 19, Upsala; (offense: 71/12) domestic assault – misdemeanor – intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm, fined $385, sentenced to 90 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Alvin James Kunze, 44, Little Falls; (offense: 4/7/12) fleeing a peace office by a means other than a motor vehicle, fined $135, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fine is concurrent with other case.

• Martin Ruiz Perez, 26, Swanville; (offense: 9/17/12) careless driving, fined $135, sentenced to 10 days in jail.

• Ashley Ann Seelen, 21, Little Falls; (offense: 6/18/12)  DWI – operating a motor vehicle with a concentration of 0.08 within two hours; fined $560, sentenced to 1 day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Francis Jon Zelinsky, 43, Palmerton, Pa.; (offense: 8/4/12) careless driving, fined $535, probation to the court for one year.

• Tara Elene Weidenbach, 27, Little Falls; (offense: 10/14/11) issue dishonored check, fined: $135, probation to the court for one year.
