Drug charge against Kuchinski dismissed

A felony charge of fifth degree possession of drugs against Cassandra Lynn Kuchinski, 29, Little Falls, has been dismissed.  According to Assistant Morrison County Attorney Todd Kosovich she had a prescription for the drugs.  The charge stemmed from an incident on Feb. 23.

She did plead guilty to one misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

She was fined $450 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days stayed for two years.
