Deer cutting class set for Thursday

Little Falls Community Services is offering a deer cutting class to teach the basic skills to cut up a deer once it has been harvested.

Participants will learn the proper care of the deer – do the actual field dressing, skinning, cleaning of the carcass and more.

Cooking instructions have been added to the class as well.

There are some deer cutting supplies available to buy; everything needed to cut up a deer.

Additionally, every paying student can bring one guest at no cost.

Everyone will receive the handout of the new cutting picture book.

The class will be held at the Little Falls Community Middle School wood shop, room 120 Thursday,  from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. The cost is $40.
