Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross Misdemeanors

• Richard Michael Drew, 26, Randall; (offense: 12/26/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fined $985, sentenced to 120 days in jail and supervised probation for six years.  Dismissed against Drew was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test.

Misdemeanors

• Charla Fae Barnett, 28, St. Cloud; (offense: 7/5/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years and traffic accidents – driver involved fails to stop for accident to property, fine concurrent with another case.

• Jason Bruce Lloyd, 36, Little Falls; (offense: 2/6/12) assault – fifth degree, fined $300, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Danielle Jean Rinnels, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 7/23/12) trespass – return to property within one year, fined $135.

• Brady Tyler Voss, 28, Little Falls; (offense: 8/7/12) violate order for protection, fined $385, sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Dustin Ray Berger, 29, Moose Lake; (offense: 12/14/11) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined $660, sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Timothy Lee Bird, 51, Little Falls; (offense: 9/7/12) speeding – exceed limit 102/55, fined $300.

• Keith Samuel Herold, 30, Pierz; (offense: 10/9/11) assault – fifth degree – fear of bodily harm or death, fined $385, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for one year.  Dismissed against Herold was one gross misdemeanor count of emergency telephone calls/communications interference with 911 call.

• Alyssa Marie Rahm, 19, Foreston (offense: 3/18/11) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Gabriel Valencia, 28, Little Falls; (offense: 9/14/12) fourth degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, fined $50, sentenced to 17 days in jail.  Dismissed against Valencia was one third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Timothy Lee Chandler, 47, Little Falls (offense: 6/13/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
