Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Kimberly Lynne Van Heel,  32, Burtrum — In connection with a Sept. 25 incident, Van Heel has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.

• Robert Scott Cavegn, 37, Little Falls — In connection with a Sept. 28, incident, Cavegn has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, one count of fourth degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, one count of fourth degree – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and one count of careless driving.

• Jason Clayton Adam Bailey,  31, Little Falls — In connection with an Oct. 5 incident, Bailey has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety and one count of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.

If found guilty, they face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
