Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Misdemeanors

• Jason Eric Anderson, 40, Little Falls; (offense: 7/13/12) domestic assault – misdemeanor – commits act with intent to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, fined $385 and supervised probation for two years.

• Kevin Wayne Wenner, Jr., 18, Little Falls; (offense: 10/8/12) liquor consumption by persons under 21, fined $135 and sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Tyler Michael Wieczorek, 19, Little Falls; (offense: 10/8/12) liquor consumption by persons under 21, fined $135 and sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Jason Mounette Harris, 24, Little Falls; (offense: 9/12/12) domestic abuse,  fined $135, sentenced to 43 days in jail.
