Randall Family Fall Fest, a celebration of the autumn season, is being planned for Saturday, Oct. 27, in Randall. The Randall Business Group and Vision Randall has scheduled a day of fun for the entire family.

Starting this week, children ages 2 – 12 may pick up a coloring project at Gosch’s Store or Randall State Insurance. The completed picture should be returned to Randall State Insurance on Pacific Avenue. Each child will receive a glow necklace and a chance to win Randall bucks, sponsored by Vision Randall.  Drawings will be held at Bingo Park Saturday evening.

At 11 a.m., a family bike ride begins at Veterans Park on Pacific Avenue. Weather permitting, everyone has the choice of a 10-mile or 21-mile route. The bike ride is sponsored by Randall Building Supply and the city. Proceeds from good-will donations will go toward a bike rack for downtown.

“We want to be known as a bike-friendly town,” said Jerry Carter, president of the Randall Business Group.

Kim’s on Pacific Avenue will be serving a variety of apple desserts from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. The VFW will be serving apple brats and hot apple cider from noon to 6 p.m. at Gosch’s Store and Beager’s Barbecue will be offering beef briskets, beans and ribs from noon to 6 p.m. in Gosch’s parking lot.

The Old Creamery Quilt Shop is sponsoring a Harvest Women’s Expo with crafts, demonstrations, vendors, massages, food and more.  Enjoy wine tasting from 2 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. presented by Westside Liquor.

Lisa Sherwood Photography will be holding her grand opening in the Old Creamery Quilt Shop Saturday. Stop in and sign up for a door prize which includes two free photography sessions.

From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., visitors may stop in at Gosch’s and decorate a cupcake.

At 6 p.m., folks are invited to bring a blanket and the family for a free family movie night featuring “Monsters Inc.” at Bingo Park. There will be free popcorn sponsored by the Randall State Bank and Randall State Insurance.
