Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following person:

• Marshall Dean Rahn,  21, Cushing — In connection with an Oct. 7 incident, Rahn has been charged with one count of criminal vehicular operation – operating vehicle with negligence – under the influence of alcohol and one count of fourth degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol

If found guilty, he could  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set his appearance date.
