Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Gregory Jon Ashwill, 51, Little Falls — In connection with an Oct. 19 incident, Ashwill has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.
• Danielle Jean Rinnels, 30, Little Falls — In connection with an Oct. 18 incident, Rinnels has been charged with one count of second degree DWI – refusing to submit to chemical test and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Dustin Kenneth Keehr, 32, Sandstone — In connection with an Oct. 20 incident, Keehr has been charged with one count of criminal vehicular homicide or operation – operating a vehicle with negligence – under the influence of alcohol; one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving after revocation.
If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
