Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross Misdemeanors

• Norman Ray Duinnck, 72, Prinsburg; (offense: 4/14/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle  – alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $1,015, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Duinnck was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Samuel Cabildo Nicolas, 33, Little Falls; (offense: 12/30/11) driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, fined $585, sentenced to 88 days in jail. Dismissed against Nicolas was one count of driving restrictions – alcohol/controlled substance, violations.

• Ambe Ashenafi Wodesso, 28, Roseville; (offense: 2/28/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle  – alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $535, sentenced to 45 days in jail and supervised probation for six years. Dismissed against Wodesso was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Peggy Ann Kloeckl, 47, Randall; (offense: 6/29/12) damage to property – third degree, reduce value $501 – $1,000, fined $135, sentenced to 15 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

Misdemeanors

• Kory David Pingeon, 25, Little Falls; (offense: 7/25/12) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $135.

• Becky Marie Schneider, 43, Little Falls; (offense: 8/25/12)  DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560 and supervised probation for two years.

• Nicholas James Anglo, 22, Pine City; (offense: 8/11/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560 and supervised probation for two years.

• Jonathan Lee Hillukka, 28, Menahga; (offense: 9/7/120 exceed forest permit maximum allowable weight, fined $585.

• Craig Lee Smith, 27, Red Lake; (offense: 8/19/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $565, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Smith was one count of DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Kory David Pingeon, 25, Little Falls; (offense: 8/3/12) driving must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, fined $185; inattentive driving, fined concurrent with other charges.

• Stefan Scott Tucker, 38, St. Cloud; (offense: 8/8/12) pharmacy – legend drugs – unlawful possess/sell/give away/barter/exchange/distribute, fined $135.
