After moving to the Twin Cities, she worked at All Poolside in Little Canada, for a number of years until she moved to California in 1986. Amy joined Jeff in the daily operations of Jeff’s business at Joe’s Auto Repair in Northridge, Calif. Amy was very involved with her children’s education, activities, and sports, volunteering at all of the schools the children attended, most recently at (NAHS) Northridge Academy High School. She was a founding and active member of “Friends of NAHS,” She also was a coach on many of the teams the children were involved in. Her children were her passion. The family has many wonderful memories of Amy’s visits to Minnesota. She always provided fun activities while she was home, which could include skiing, boating, tubing, motocross, skateboarding, shopping, and just spending time with her Minnesota family.
