Thank you, Al, Brenda and Andy Vaverek and Mary Herold for your time, talent and donations. Thanks to Shane at Domino’s for generous sponsorship and pizzas. Great job Doug Weikert and Tina Pauly organizing this event. To the Editor:

I would like to thank the community for the recent “Celebration of Life” held in my honor at the Little Falls Community Middle School Oct. 30. I named my cancer the “oddly wrapped gift” awhile ago and this celebration was just one more way in which my life has been blessed. It has been my honor and privilege to have served this community as a teacher over the past 14 years. — Ray Stumpf, Little Falls Community Middle School teacher, Little Falls

To the Editor:

Thank you to the Morrison County Record, Little Falls Radio, Channel 6, businesses, churches, other senior centers for advertising the Little Falls Senior Center’s 28th anniversary celebration held Oct. 21. Thanks to everyone for buying and selling raffle tickets the past months and at Coborn’s, for attending and volunteering at the celebration, and for the many donations. Thanks to the Morrison County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for providing supplemental funds up to $500. — Kathy Burgardt, Senior Center, Little Falls
