Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following person:

• Robert Allen Sowada,  67, Little Falls — In connection with an Nov. 3 incident, Sowada has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.

If found guilty, he could  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine. The court will set his appearance dates.
