Junior Hockey: Three-goal third lifts Flying Aces over Breezy Point

After falling behind 2-0 in the opening period, the Minnesota Flying Aces junior hockey team cut the gap in half in the second and tallied three goals in the third for a 4-2 victory over visiting Breezy Point, Nov. 1.

Jared Sprink scored the Flying Aces’ first goal to trim Breezy Point’s lead to one, then recorded an unassisted goal with six minutes remaining in the third to put Minnesota ahead.

Patrick Kegley and Alex Yde also found the back of the net for the Aces.

Sprink also had an assist and finished a plus three.

Rocco Yapello stopped 16 shots in net for the win.
