Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Thomas (NMN) Ydrogo, 28, Browerville — In connection with an Oct. 25 incident, Ydrogo has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety and one count of uninsured vehicle – owner violation.
• Max William Fenna, Jr., 71, Andover — In connection with a July 14 incident, Fenna has been charged with one count of game and fish/possess big game during closed season; one count of game and fish – unlawful transportation of wild animals; one count of game and fish – illegally take, buy, sell, transport, possess protected wild animal; one count of game and fish – wanton waste, big, small or upland game.
• Paul Thomas Roman, 36, Little Falls — In connection with an Aug. 15, 2012 incident, Roman has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and one count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours.
• Grove Edman Kytor, 31, Little Falls — In connection with a Sept. 22 incident, Kytor has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.
• Chea Elizabeth Erickson, 20, Little Falls — In connection with an Aug. 10 incident, Erickson has been charged with one count – theft/take/use/transfer movable property – without consent.
• Leo Wayne Cook, 28, Red Lake — In connection with a Nov. 9, incident, Cook has been charged with one count of giving peace officer false name of another person and one count of driving after revocation.
If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
