A plane carrying Trista Meyer, formerly of Little Falls, along with her daughter, Shyann Lenz, 9, and companion Matt Ahrens, was reported missing Sunday, Nov. 25. Local authorities were called by Lenz’s father when she hadn’t arrived home at the designated time.

The trio had gone to California to spend Thanksgiving with Ahrens’ family, traveling in his single engine Piper airplane.
