Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors

• Thomas Anthony Boblett, 20, Little Falls; (offense: 6/26/12) obstructing legal process – interfering with peace officer, fined $385, sentenced to 21 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Jonathan Bryon Garlock, 32, Little Falls; (offense: 8/16/12) harassment, restraining order – violate within 10 years of previous domestic violence conviction/adjudication, fined $385, sentenced to 15 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.

• Dorinda Diane Peterick, 52, Little Falls; (offense: 3/1/10) wrongfully obtaining assistance – theft by false statements, concealment, impersonation, fined $6,334, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

Misdemeanors

• Dillon Lee Jackson, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 10/23/12)  theft – take/use/transfer movable property – without consent, fined $185 and probation to the court for one year.

• Samuel Cabeldo Nicolas, 61, Little Falls; (offense: 10/3/12) ordinance – animal – permit animal to run at large, fined $185, probation to the court for one year.

• Joseph Frank Podraza, 68, Little Falls; (offense: 9/17/12) disorderly conduct – offensive/abusive/noisy/ordinance, fined $135 and supervised probation for one year.

• Gregg Kevin Boyer, 63, Little Falls; (offense: 11/1/11) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – without consent, fined $1,235 and unsupervised probation for one year.

• Zachary Michael Solinger, 26, Pierz; (offense: 5/6/09) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $450 sentenced to one day in jail.

• David Wayne Spencer, 43, Blue Earth; (offense: 5/13/12)  DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $535, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Spencer was one gross misdemeanor count of third degree DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours.

• Sara Ann Jacobs, 27, Brainerd; (offense: 5/20/12) driving after revocation, fined $285.

• Eric Donald Reis, 37, Bowlus; DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.
