Royalton Board chair asks for feedback

To the Editor:

The (Royalton School) District’s finances are of the utmost importance to the Board; therefore, the request for an operating levy in the recent election was not made in haste.

As a result of the failed referendum, the Board is asking for input from district residents. Any residents willing to share their reasons for voting “no” are asked to contact members of the Board, administrators or staff members. Feedback may also be provided via the school Web site at http://lidbin147.blogspot.com/2012/11/board-chairpersons-request-for-feedback.html.

Your help is needed and appreciated. Your comments will provide the Board with valuable information to assist them with future budgetary decisions.

We thank you in advance for your ideas and suggestions. — Thomas Justin, Royalton School Board chair, Royalton
