Wrestling: Scott, Gerads win brackets to lead Holdingford to third at BBE Invite

Senior Trevor Scott (145) and junior Kyle Gerads (152) earned first place in their respective weight classes to lead Holdingford to third out of eight teams at Friday’s Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa (BBE) Invite.

Sophomores Zach Scott (120) and Jake Knettel (138) finished as runners-up, junior Mitch Merten (220) and Andrew Zachman (113) took third and senior Kyle Kolstad (160) and sophomore Nathan Brinker (182) placed fourth.

Holdingford wrestles at Aitkin, Thursday.
