Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Craig Michael Storkamp, 29, Pierz — In connection with a Dec. 2 incident, Storkamp has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.
• Anthony John Herold, 32, Pierz — In connection with a Dec. 2 incident, Herold has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.
• Lee Michael Hegna, 22, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 1 incident, Hegna has been charged with two counts of second degree DWI.
• Anton Karl Kalis, 46, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 23 incident, Kalis has been charged with one count of third degree DWI, one count of fourth degree DWI and one count of fourth degree assault against a peace officer.
• Dean Martin Ramsey, 44, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 8 incident, Ramsey has been charged with one count of obstructing legal process and one count of disorderly conduct.
• Timothy Joseph Billig, 52, Brainerd — In connection with a Dec. 1 incident, Billig has been charged with one count of possession of a pistol/assault weapon – previous felony count.
If found guilty, they face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
