Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Kai Topher Matthews,  28, Minneapolis — In connection with a Sept. 1 incident, Matthews has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.

• Korey Neil Billig, 23, Royalton — In connection with a Dec. 9 incident, Billig has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI. If found guilty, they  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
