St. Gabriel’s Hospital Auxiliary thanks everyone who assisted with the Dec. 14 Christmas cookie sale. The number and variety of homemade cookies and candy was amazing. We are especially grateful to those who donated Christmas tins, washed tins, called members requesting cookies, sold cookies, the 100-plus cookie bakers and everyone who bought cookies. More than $1,600 was raised to support Auxiliary-sponsored projects.

Best wishes for a wonderful Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. — Barb Orr and Betty Pasela, Auxiliary cookie sale co-chairs, Little Falls

Thank you to all who braved the winter storm Sunday, Dec. 9, to attend the Royalton Splash Park breakfast fundraiser. Special thanks to Royalton High School and their staff, Frankie Lorenz and Lety Klisch, for their help in the kitchen and Russ and Carla Gerads for leading the event so well. We appreciate the community support as with each fundraiser we are closer to meeting our goal. — Amy Schoenrock, Royalton Splash Park Committee member, Royalton
