Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Michael David Logering,  25, Pierz — In connection with a Dec. 16 incident, Logering has been charged with one count of interference with a 911 call, three counts of domestic assault and one count of criminal damage to property.

• Bradley Mark Lundgren, 22, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 20 incident, Lundgren has been charged with two counts of second degree DWI and one count of driving after revocation.

• John Carl Wagner, 24, Onamia — In connection with a Dec. 22 incident, Wagner has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI, one count of fleeing a police officer and one count of driving after revocation.  If found guilty, they  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
