Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Roland George Rousu, 39, Callaway — In connection with a Dec. 27 incident, Rousu has been charged with one count of DWI – refuse to submit to a chemical test and one count of fourth degree DWI.
• Terry Lynn Jackman, 49, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 28 incident, Jackman has been charged with one count of interfering with a peace officer.
• Luke Thomas Anderson, 29, Bozeman, Mont. — In connection with a Dec. 30 incident, Anderson has been charged with one count of interference with a peace officer and one count of third degree DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test.
• Eric Jerome Johnson, 31, Waite Park — In connection with a Jan. 1 incident, Johnson has been charged with one count of uninsured vehicle and one count of driving after revocation.
If found guilty, they face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
