Ross Bryniarski charged with possession of drugs

Ross William Bryniarski, 24, Little Falls, was charged Dec. 28, 2012, with one felony count of fifth degree drug possession in Morrison County.

On Dec. 27, 2012, a Little Falls police officer was called to assist with a probation violation. Allegedly, Bryniarski had failed to show up for a random drug test.

When located at a residence in Little Falls, Bryniarski allegedly admitted using drugs and he was found in possession of two glass pipes and a butane torch. One of the pipes field tested positive for methamphetamine and the other for marijuana.

According to the criminal complaint, after Bryniarski admitted the pipes were his, he was placed under arrest for both violating his probation and possession of a controlled substance.

If convicted, Bryniarski faces a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine.
