Little Falls man sentenced for one felony DWI; other one dismissed

Jason David Keehr of Little Falls, was convicted for felony first degree DWI, Jan. 2, and sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison. A second felony DWI charge was dismissed.

Keehr, 37, was charged for an Aug. 3, 2012 incident, when he was arrested after crashing into a garage in Little Falls Township. Deputies found him asleep behind the wheel, and noticed a strong smell of alcohol. Keehr failed a field sobriety test; a preliminary breath test came back at 0.21.

Keehr’s past driving record indicated he was convicted of DWIs in April 2006, May 2008 and December 2009, all in Morrison County.
