The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:
Gross Misdemeanors
• Brian Ronald Burgau, 41, Roseau; (offense: 3/4/12) dismissed against Burgau was one count of driving after cancellation.
• Dustin Kenneth Keehr, 32, Sandstone; (offense: 10/20/12) DWI, fined $1,015, sentenced to 30 days in jail, adult supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Keehr was one count of criminal vehicular operation.
• Craig Michael Storkamp, 29, Pierz; (offense: 12/2/12) DWI, fined $1,015, sentenced to 12 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Storkamp was one count of DWI.
• Heidi Kay Westerman, 49, Long Prairie; (offense: 3/3/12) dismissed against Westerman was one count of driving after cancellation.
• David Joseph Gottwalt, 36, Royalton; (offense: 9/22/10) DWI, fined $985, 90 days in jail and supervised probation for six years. Dismissed against Gottwalt was one count of DWI.
Misdemeanors
• Debra Anne Hollis, 51, St. Cloud; (offense: 7/24/12) harassment, fined $360, sentenced to two days in jail.
• Melvin Leo Janson, 58, Hillman; (offense: 12/8/12) careless driving, fined $185.
• Shane William Austin, 19, Lastrup; (offense: 10/13/12) fleeing a peace officer, fined $135, sentenced to 75 days in jail.
• Robert Henry Boyd, 44, Cushing; (offense: 3/24/10), violate zoning ordinance, fined $185.
• Johnathan Michael Ebhardt, 21, Bowlus; (offense: 10/14/12) DWI, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years and one count of driver must carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.
• Karen Jean Kuchinski, 58, Pierz; (offense: 10/29/12) DWI, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Kuchinski was one count of DWI.
• Jonathan Lee Freer, 45, Royalton; (offense: 3/24/12) DWI, fined $560, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Freer was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI.
