Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Richard William Miller, 74, Parkers Prairie — In connection with a Jan. 8 incident, Miller has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – refusal to submit to chemical test and one count of fourth degree DWI.
• Oscar Guzman Melendez, 29, Blaine — In connection with a Jan. 3 incident, Melendez has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.
• Fidel Cosme-Xolio, 29, Little Falls — In connection with a Jan. 10 incident, Cosme-Xolio has been charged with one count of third degree DWI – refusal to submit to a chemical test; one count of fourth degree DWI; and traffic accidents – collision with unattended vehicle.
If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
