Boys Basketball: Eckman lifts Little Falls over Albany

A low-scoring first half gave way to a frenetic pace in the second for Little Falls at Albany, Tuesday.

In the end, the Flyers came out on top, edging the Huskies 66-63 to remain atop the GRC.

Senior Collin Eckman shot 5-of-10 from three-point range to finish with a team-high 23 points, followed by junior Troy Scott and sophomore Bryce Zawatzke with 12 apiece.

Senior Spencer Lubbers (6), junior Sebastian Sowada (5) and seniors Jake Scott (3), Collin Gradin (2) and Travis Spillum (2) rounded out the offensive effort.

Zawatzke and Lubbers each grabbed nine rebounds, while Spillum blocked three shots.
