Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross Misdemeanors

• Lee Michael Hegna, 23, Little Falls; (offense: 12/1/12) DWI, fined $1,015, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Hegna was gross misdemeanor count of second degree DWI.

Misdemeanors

• Michael David Logering, 25, Pierz; (offense: 12/16/12) domestic assault, fined $135 and fourth degree criminal damage to property, fine concurrent with the first sentence. Dismissed against Logering was one gross misdemeanor count of interfering with a 911 call;  and two misdemeanor counts of domestic assault.

• Richard William Miller, 74, Parkers Prairie; (offense: 1/8/13) DWI, fined $560, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Miller was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test.
