Senior Amanda Hanson delivered a career-best performance in the all-around and junior Rachelle LeBlanc produced an all-time top score on bars to lead Little Falls to a convincing 131.95-116.475 at Long Prairie-Grey Eagle (LPGE), Tuesday.
LeBlanc swept all four events to claim first place in the all-around with a total of 36.875, winning on bars (9.6), floor exercise (9.275), vault (9.15) and balance beam (8.85).
Hanson finished as the runner-up behind LeBlanc with an all-around total of 32.15 in the Flyers’ regular season finale, including a second-place finish on bars (8.45) and floor (8.65).
The Flyers swept the top four spots on vault, with junior Taylor Axel (8.1) and freshmen Sarah Stout (7.1) and Gabby Lyter (7.05) following LeBlanc.
LeBlanc sweeps again in home finale versus Brainerd
LeBlanc took first in all four events to win the all-around, but Brainerd’s depth proved too much to overcome in a 134.175-127.0 defeat in Little Falls’ home finale.
LeBlanc finished with an all-around score of 36.6, with Hanson earning fourth with a total of 30.2.
