Morrison County District Court
The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:
Gross Misdemeanors
• Jeffery Lee Sherman, 38, Randall; (offense: 11/18/11) driving after cancellation, fined $385, sentenced to 75 days in jail and probation to the court for two years.
• Mikala Dee Daleiden, 44, Little Falls; (offense: 10/01/10) wrongfully obtaining assistance, fined $1,521, sentenced to six days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
• Scott Allan Morse, 49, Sauk Centre; (offense: 11/21/12) third degree DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test, fined $135, sentenced to 13 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Morse was one misdemeanor count of fourth degree DWI.
• Craig Louis Rahn, 55, Cushing; (offense: 7/26/12) driving after cancellation, fined $385.
Misdemeanors
• Heather Marie Arne, 32, Little Falls; (offense: 11/16/12) issue dishonored check, fined $333.
• Chea Elizabeth Erickson, 21, Little Falls; (offense: 8/10/12) theft, fined $85, supervised probation for one year.
• Levi Alan Keehr, 27, Little Falls; (offense: 10/15/12) one count of uninsured driver, fined $385; and one count of accidents – failure to notify owner of property damage, fined concurrent with first count.
• Tyler Michael Wieczorek, 19, Little Falls; (offense: 12/2/12) liquor consumption by persons under 21, fined $135, sentenced to 60 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
• Joseph Mac Dezelar, 40, Maplewood; (offense: 1/1/13) speeding, fined $385 and probation to the court for one year.
• Robert Allen Sowada, 68, Little Falls; (offense: 11/3/12) fourth degree DWI, fined $560, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Sowada was one gross misdemeanor count of third degree DWI.
• Nicholas Edwin Plafcan, 26, Hillman; (offense: 12/2/12) disorderly conduct, fined $285, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for four years.
