Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Brent Ryan Beto, 23, Royalton — In connection with an April 10, 2012, incident, Beto has been charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and two counts of fourth degree DWI.

• Justin Thomas Schumann, 21, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 3, 2012, incident, Schumann has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI and one count of driving after revocation.

• Christina Lynn Litzau, 35, Little Falls — In connection with an Aug. 31, 2012, incident, Litzau has been charged with one count of counterfeiting of currency – uttering or possessing.

• Norman James Ness, 60, Little Falls — In connection with an Aug. 31, 2012, incident, Ness has been charged with one count of counterfeiting of currency – uttering or possessing.

• Ashley Ann Seelen, 21, Randall — In connection with a Sept. 27, 2012, incident, Seelen has been charged with one count of financial transaction card fraud – use – no consent.

• Pamela Lynn Hulsey, 59, Little Falls  — In connection with a Nov. 18, 2012, incident, Hulsey has been charged with one count of theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent.

• Alan Glenn Cooper, 59, Menagha — In connection with a Nov. 10, 2012, incident, Cooper has been charged with one count of domestic abuse; violating order for protection within 10 years of previous conviction/adjudication of delinquency.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
