Thanks to all who took part in the Feb. 15 Charles Lindbergh State Park Candlelight Trails event. Approximately 150-180 people attended. A big thanks to Coborn’s for donating refreshment supplies and the Friends of Lindbergh Heritage who volunteered throughout that day and evening and ultimately made the event possible. — Ty Gangelhoff, Charles A. Thank you to the many parents, kids and everyone who came or helped to make the Lastrup Pond Skating/Sledding Fun Day a success. Thank you to Catholic United Financial for donating the hot dogs and buns, to those who donated the cookies and the wood, cleared the ice, skates, tubes and anything else we missed. Thank you for taking the time to help and enjoy. — Rick Monson, Marvin Thomas and the Skating/Sledding Committee, Lastrup
