Gross misdemeanor charges filed
Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Nancy Doreen Thull, 40, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 21, 2012, incident, Thull has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.
• Scott Michael Kolesar, 53, Park Rapids — In connection with an Nov. 16, 2012, incident, Kolesar has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.
• Mandy Marie Okerman, 25, Little Falls — In connection with a Jan. 5, incident, Okerman has been charged with one count of check forgery.
• Michael Allen Henry, 33, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 6, 2012, incident, Henry has been charged with one count of theft.
• Mallory Marie Perowitz, 23, Little Falls – In connection with a Feb. 17 incident, Perowitz has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.
• Jerron Floyd Fuller, 22, Little Falls — In connection with a Feb. 12, 2013, incident, Fuller has been charged with one count of obstructing legal process.
• Derek Duane Loxterkamp, 33, Little Falls — In connection with a Feb. 7 incident, Loxterkamp has been charged with one count of domestic assault and one count of obstructing legal process.
• Randell Steven Simmonds, 50, Little Falls — In connection with a Feb. 13 incident, Simmonds has been charged with one count of third degree DWI and one count of fourth degree DWI.
• Marshall Linwood McClung, 46, Cushing —In connection with a Feb. 20 incident, McClung has been charged with one count of intering with a 911 call and one count of domestic assault.
• Robert Lloyd Westholder, 30, Hillman — In connection with a Nov. 25, 2013, incident, Westholder has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.
• Craig Lamont Williams, 45, Long Prairie — In connection with a Feb. 22, incident, Williams has been charged with two counts of second degree DWI.
If found guilty, they face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
