Boys Basketball: Little Falls routs Zimmerman to clinch Granite Ridge Conference championship

Little Falls already had secured a part of the Granite Ridge Conference (GRC) title going in.

But the Flyers weren’t about to share their crown, ripping apart host Zimmerman 60-31, March 1, to take home the championship outright.

Seniors Collin Eckman and Jake Scott each netted 18 points to lead the Flyers, with Scott picking up five steals and Eckman passing out four assists.

Junior Troy Scott followed with nine points and senior Spencer Lubbers collected eight points and 11 rebounds.

Little Falls opens the Section 8AAA tournament at Alexandria, Wednesday.
