At the Minnesota State Auctioneers Convention held in St. Cloud Jan. 17-19, Mitchell-Przybilla Auction Company of Little Falls won several advertising/marketing awards including one for a book created by Rosi Przybilla. The 300 people in attendance voted on their favorite marketing piece, the picture book of the auction for Joe Przybilla’s (co-owner of Mitchell-Przybilla Auction Company) parents, Marvin and Marlene Przybilla. The Mitchell-Przybilla Auction Company won “Members Choice” All Categories Award for the book and also took first place in that category.
“We have won many awards over the years, but the award for the memory book was extra special,” said Rosi, who had help with the book from her son Dusty. “We created the book for the family to remember the big milestone in Joe’s parents’ lives when they sold a lifetime of memories by liquidating all their farm machinery and some personal items.”
Also at the convention, Mitchell-Przybilla Auction Company won first place for its two-color real estate auction bill and first place in its two-color real estate and personal property auction bill.
In business since 1994, Przybilla’s original partner and mentor in the business was Pete Newman. When Newman retired, Przybilla and Dean Mitchell from Albany became partners. Mit-chell’s dad, Cliff Mitchell, was Newman’s original partner. They renamed the company Mitchell-Przybilla Auction Company and Mitchell’s two sons, Paul and Alex, and Joe’s son, Cory, are now all partners.
The Partners do real estate, farm, antiques and collectibles, household and benefit auctions. For more information, contact Przybilla at (320) 584-5297.
