Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed a gross misdemeanor complaint against the following person:

• Spencer Robert Stiller,  40, Little Falls — In connection with a Feb. 25 incident, Stiller has been charged with one count of domestic assault – subsequent violation.

If found guilty, he faces a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set his appearance date.
