Tamra Jo Schmolke, 22, St. Cloud, was charged with one felony count of fifth degree possession of a controlled substance by Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff.
On Feb. 27, a Morrison County deputy was asked to stop a vehicle on Highway 10 whose driver had a revoked license. That person was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance.
The deputy asked the passenger, Schmolke, if she had any drugs and she allegedly turned over a glass pipe, covered with a white residue, and a small bag containing a crystal-like substance which later field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
If convicted, Schmolke faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
