Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed a gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Benjamin Anthony Tschida, 28, Little Falls — In connection with a March 5 incident, Tschida has been charged with one count of third degree DWI.

• Howard Gordon Messer, 59, Little Falls — In connection with a March 7 incident, Messer has been charged with two counts of second degree DWI.

• Samuel Nyakwama Nyandoro, 30, Anoka — In connection with a March 10 incident, Nyandoro has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.

If found guilty, those charged with a gross misdemeanor face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
