Jodi J. Olson, 48

obit-Olson-JJodi J. Olson, a resident of Little Falls, formerly of Grand Junction, Colo., passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013, at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis.
A time of gathering will be held from 3 p.m.  – 4 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls.
Jodi Jay Olson was born April 14, 1964, in Poplar, Mont., to Donald and Ivy (Reichelt) Olson. She attended Roseau High School, and later in 1981, she moved to Colorado. Jodi’s hobbies included, “hoarding,” NASCAR, beading and collecting stamps. She kept busy by watching NASCAR every Sunday. No one was allowed to bug her during her races, without getting yelled at. She loved to spend time with family and play games. Jodi enjoyed sitting out by a fire during the summer with all her family. Her favorite place to go was the Colorado mountains. Jodi was a member of the Fort Peck Tribes “Assiniboine and Sioux” in Poplar, Mont. She will be greatly missed  and we will all be missing her sarcasm.
Jodi is survived by her son, Levi Eric Olson of Royalton; daughter/sister, SamiJo Woltman of Royalton; parents, Don and Ivy Olson of Little Falls; sisters, Shawn Garver of Denver, Colo., Sandi Loe of Royalton and grandchildren, Becca, Alexis, Danny, Bailey, KylieJo and Serenity. She was preceded in death by son, DonJames Olson; grandparents, Bennie and Selma Reichelt; and Albin and Lyda Olson.
