Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed a gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Samuel Cabildo Nicolas Jr., 33,  Little Falls — In connection with a March 17 incident, Nicolas has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.

• Eric John Martinson, 33, Little Falls — In connection with a March 17 incident, Martinson has been charged with two counts of second degree DWI.

• Bryan Michael Olson,  35, Staples — In connection with a March 19 incident, Olson has been charged with one count of stalking/harassment; and one count of violating a harassment restraining order.

• Corey Matthew Pekula, 21, Little Falls — In connection with a March 24 incident, Pekula has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI and one count of drug possession.

• Joshua Anthony Kliber, 30, Little Falls — In connection with a March 30 incident Kliber has been charged with two counts DWI.

• Gregory (nmn) Wimberly, 22, Sauk Rapids — In connection with a March 20 incident, Wimberly has been charged with one count of giving peace officer false name of another person and one count of drugs.

If found guilty, those charged with a gross misdemeanor face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
