Bryniarski convicted of possession of drugs

Ross William Bryniarski, 25, Little Falls, was convicted April 17, of fifth degree felony possession of drugs in Morrison County District Court.

On Dec. 27, 2012, a Little Falls police officer was called to assist community corrections with a probation violation. The probation officer indicated that Bryniarski failed to show up for random testing.

The officers made contact with Bryniarski and he admitted to using drugs. The officers found in his possession two glass pipes and a butane torch. One pipe field-tested positive for methamphetamine and the other field tested positive for marijuana. Bryniarski was sentenced to 15 months in prison, stayed for five years. He was given credit for the 112 days he spent in jail. He was fined $585 and given supervised probation for five years.
