Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Marshall Anthony Knoll,  54, Rosemount — In connection with an April 13 incident, Knoll has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation and one count of driver must carry proof of insurance.

• Walter Russell Johnson, 51, Little Falls — In connection with a Jan. 19 incident, Johnson has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.

If found guilty, they  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
