Bryniarski placed on five years of probation for missing random drug test

Ross William Bryniarski, 25, Little Falls, was convicted April 17 in Morrison County District Court with one felony count of fifth degree possession of drugs.

On Dec. 27, 2012, the Little Falls Police Department assisted in locating Bryniarski when he did not show up for a random drug test.

When found, Bryniarski had in his possession two glass pipes and a butane torch. One of the pipes field-tested positive for methamphetamine and the other for marijuana.

Bryniarski admitted the pipes were his and that he had been using drugs. He was placed under arrest for violating his probation and for possession of a controlled substance.

Bryniarski was sentenced to 15 months at the Correctional Facility in St. Cloud, stayed for five years. He was also given credit for 112 days of time served at the Morrison County Jail. He was fined $585 and given supervised probation for five years.
