Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed a gross misdemeanor complaint against the following person:

• Mathew Bonterry-Edenfield Lagou, 31, Little Falls — In connection with an April 19 incident, Bonterry-Edenfield Lagou has been charged with one count each of obstructing legal process with force, domestic assault and disorderly conduct.

If found guilty, he faces a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set his appearance date.
