Gross Misdemeanors

• Grove Edman Ktytor, 32, Staples; (offense: 9/22/12) driving after cancellation, fined $385, sentenced to 21 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Timothy Joseph Billig, 52, Brainerd; (offense: 12/1/12) possess pistol, previous felony conviction, fined $385, sentenced to 138 days jail.

• Jason Dirk Motl, 45, Eagle Bend; (offense: 8/7/12) financial transaction card fraud, fined $924.81 and unsupervised probation for two years.

Misdemeanors

• Edward Hubert Kroll, 85, Pierz; (offense: 2/8/13) DWI, fined $565 and supervised probation for two years. • Zachary Allen Smith, 20, Motley; (offense: 1/11/13) no insurance, fined $285.

• Darron Pedro Nicholas Colombe, 22, Little Falls; (offense: 4/13/13) tamper with motor vehicle, fined $135, sentenced to 10 days in jail and supervised probation for one year and one count of theft, sentenced concurrent with first offense.

• Dione Marie Dipley, 38, Breezy Point; (offense: 8/20/12) theft, fined $135.

• Melchor Cruz Martinez, 31, Rice; (offense: 2/23/13) fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Jeffery Thomas Peterson, 21, Little Falls; (offense: 3/23/13) disorderly conduct, fined $185.

• Jesse David Peterson, 33, Little Falls; (offense: 3/23/13) disorderly conduct, fined $185.
